It's likely that your points have been removed from your balance because we are converting them into a Loyalty Voucher.
Providing you earnt sufficient points between 1 June and 31 August, eligible points will have been removed from your account on 31 August to be converted into a Loyalty voucher. You'll receive the Autumn Loyalty voucher by email in October.
Any points that haven’t met the threshold to generate a voucher will remain in your balance and will be counted towards your next voucher.
